---------------------------------
A thousand times I’ve failed
Still Your mercy remains
And should I stumble again
I’m caught in Your grace
Everlasting
Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending
Your glory goes beyond all fame
Your will above all else
My purpose remains
The art of losing myselfIn bringing
You praise
Everlasting
Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending
Your glory goes beyond all fame
In my heart and my soul
Lord I give You control
Consume me from the inside out
Lord let justice and praise
Become my embrace
To love You from the inside out
Everlasting
Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending
Your glory goes beyond all fame
And the cry of my heart
Is to bring You praise
From the inside out
Lord my soul cries outcries out.

the next week.
Well,
i got a bit of a boost today to get my plans rolling a bit faster. one of my friends from church is going to Africa this summer for a couple months and it is exciting to see that. i then realized that i need to get my self in gear in order to actually be able to get out of country in 3 months or so. plans, plane tickets, money... you know just the little stuff.
aside from that i've had ok week.
anyways, here's a song that i heard at church this week and found very encouraging.
its great. its by the guys who wrote "in christ alone."
How deep the Father's love for us
How vast beyond all measureThat
He should give His only Son
To make a wretch His treasure
How great the pain of searing loss
The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the Chosen One
Bring many sons to glory
Behold the man upon a cross
My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed I hear my mocking voice
Call out among the scoffers
It was my sin that held Him there
Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life
I know that it is finished
I will nost boast in anything
No gifts, no power, no wisdom
But I will boast in Jesus Christ
His death and resurrection
Why should I gain from His reward
I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart
His wounds have paid my ransom

The beginings!
Hey guys,
I am just starting out on my getting my plans together for this summer. I am hoping to have the opportunity to go to Ecuador this summer. I am thinking for a month to a month and a half spent in Quito and Shell Ecuador with some family missionary friends down there.
A little background. Back in the day, when i was a year and a half my parents and I spent three months down in ecuador working with HCJB, www.hcjb.org. I have a bunch of pictures that i might put up of me there. My parents also support some missionary friends of ours that work with Mission Aviation Fellowship flying into the Jungle. Last summer they invited me down to visit and work down there for a while during the summer. After thinking about it for a while i got pretty excited and started trying to figure out the logistics of it.
So, now, with 2 and a half months till my sisters graduation(I'm in omaha till the 20th of May or so), I am trying to finalize travel plans, figure out how much money I need to earn/find and when exactly i am leaving and what i am going to be doing down there.
A month or so ago i got my passport renewed and am working on getting the vaccinations i might need.
anyways,
i will keep you updated!
